Punch Bowl Winners
Cadets from 2452 (Shawlands) Squadron Air Training Corps were with cadets from Cardiff squadron the joint winners of the Inter Service Punch .22 Trophy shooting against the top two Army Cadet teams and the top two Sea Cadet teams. This competition was shot at Bisley Surrey and it is the 20th year in a row that the Air Training Corps has won this trophy.
The cadets from the Squadron who were in the team were 17 yr old Cpl Stewart Hutchison from Cambuslang, 17 yr old Cadet Ross Roberts from Newton Mearns, 16 yr old Sgt Marc Argo from Newton Mearns and 18yr old Sgt Jaraad Ali from Mansewood. The Reserve who won the reserves competition was 16yr old Cpl Ross McGrath from Deaconsbank. Stewart Hutchison was also placed third in the individual competition.
