Joining the ATC - Eligibility Requirements

Membership of the ATC is open to young people, both male and female, between 13 and 20 years old

Cadets may remain members of the ATC subject to obtaining the rank of Cadet Warrant Officer.

The maximum age for new members to the organisation is 18 years old.

The ATC welcomes cadets of all nationalities, backgrounds and abilities.

Cadets with disabilities also welcome provided their handicap doesn't prevent them from taking part in a reasonable number of activities or is likely to risk the safety of themselves or other members.

If you meet these requirements :

The squadron parades every Tuesday and Thursday night between 1915 and 2145 hrs.

We supply you with a FREE uniform that you return to the unit when your membership ends.

The squadron is located at Heather Avenue in Alexandria, near Balloch. It is easily accessible by road, and rail links (Balloch Railway Station).
